Applications

CEWELD® NiCro 72 filler metal is designed for cladding alloy 671/800HT tubes, as well as for weld overlaying on carbon and stainless steels to provide a highly corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium surface.

It is the ideal choice for applications governed by existing Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) that require a high-chromium filler metal for pure oxidation and sulfidation resistance.
